Alice In Chains have just released dates for the second leg of its North American headline tour. The tour, which kicks-off August 22 at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Vancouver, B.C, will see the band criss-crossing North America, and also making their way to Europe.
While the touring news has taken the front page spotlight, the band is also finishing-up work on their new album, the follow-up to ‘The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here,’ their much-acclaimed 2013 release. The new album, due out later this year, was recorded at Henson Studios in Los Angeles, produced by Nick Raskulinecz, who produced both ‘The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here’ and its predecessor, 2009’s ‘Black Gives Way To Blue.’
‘The Devil…’ was the band’s second album with singer William Duvall, who joined in 2006 following the death of Layne Staley.
