A new video featuring the late Chris Cornell and his family was released yesterday. The video, titled “Chris Cornell Vows To ‘Keep The Promise'” showcases Cornell’s Grammy-nominated song of the same name, recorded for Terry George’s film about the Armenian genocide. The video features Cornell’s children Toni, Lily and Christopher vowing to keep their father’s ongoing fight for human rights awareness going even after his death.
The video comes roughly a month after Cornell’s wife, Vicki, announced the creation of an endowment fund in her husband’s name at the UCLA School of Law. The former Soungarden frontman passed away in May 2017, aged 52.
